To provide pedestrian guardrails in areas of heavy traffic flow. Guardrails provide additional protection for pedestrians at critical points such as crossings or where pedestrian may have to stop between carriageways. Guardrails also help prevent pedestrians from attempting dangerous crossings by guiding pedestrians to safe crossing zones.

Most guardrails are simply supplied in their galvanised finish, although we are able to have them coated in the standard black, green or a colour of your choice.

Designs are usually fairly simple so as not to interfere with motorists visibility of pedestrians although we do have some staggered vertical bars which provide greater visbilty whilst maintaining there strength.
